Yes! One custom template is included with up to three rounds of revisions. Just send your design details at least 72 hours before your event. If we don't hear from you, we'll use a clean default design that matches your event type.
Life happens. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, your deposit transfers to a new date within 12 months (subject to availability). Just let us know in writing as soon as possible.
Yes, fully insured. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. If your venue needs to be named as additionally insured, we can do that too (a small fee may apply).
