What does the $200 deposit cover?
The deposit reserves your date exclusively — no one else can book it once you pay. The $200 is applied directly to your total, so you're not paying extra. Balance is due on the day of your event.
Can I change my package or hours later?
Yes, absolutely. Just let us know before your event and we'll adjust your booking — no extra fees for changes. We'll update your balance accordingly.
What happens after I pay?
You'll be taken to a quick form to share your event details (venue, time, etc). Takes about 2 minutes. Then you'll receive a confirmation via text and email with everything you need.
Is my payment secure?
100% secure. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card info is never stored on our servers — it goes directly through our secure payment processor.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — we get it. Rescheduling is free with at least 14 days notice. For cancellations, we offer credit toward a future event or partial refund depending on timing. Just reach out and we'll work with you.
